Strange trailer

I guy came to me to build him a trailer. I tried to get him to go to a trailer place as it's hard to make money on trailers. He said he had and they didn't want to do it so he came to me. It's for a fishing raft, 14' long and 6' wide. It's like a boat trailer but is decked with lumber and is a little heavier duty. It has a roller all the way across the back and a hand winch stand on the front and a spare tire rack on it. Heres some pictures. Attached Images
Reply:My guess would be a flat bottom punt style boat. Any info on what he wanted it for? nice looking job.
Reply:If he had had you make side rails all around it like the way you did the  spare tire mount it could have served double duty as a utility trailer. But as long as he got what he wanted is what matters though I guess. Seems like he could have bought a similar sized square decked utility trailer and had the roller added and been just as well off.

Reply:The description and shape would make me think it's a Zodiac type boat as opposed to a "raft"
