hi , my name is anthony and im looking for advice on getting a welder for a mobile welding company i want to open here where i live. The machine im interested in knowing about is the lincoln vantage 400 im thinking anywere from a 05 to and 09 since i will have to be purchasing new. I plan on using this for any call i get so as of right now no exact plans on the what i will be working on so advice on the welder and potential and problems it has will help in my decision. thank you ...boiler guy ps also looking at trailblazer diesel 300d and pipe pro. i want a machine that has the option to wire weld and tig as i do alot of xray tig work at my job and want to continue it with my business if it calls for.

Reply:I seen this tread the other day, but I couldn't comment on the Vantage, because they came out after I retired. Member here Dualie has one, maybe PM him and ask what he thinks. Seems as I've read where he loves it.
