I am still figuring out settings, and have to make some changes in my Bobcat on the voltage. But here is a pic from a little project today. Bobcat 225GWC-115ASpoolmatic 30AHobart .030 solid wire (it's all I have at the moment)C25 at 20 cfm.WFS set at 4 on the gunBobcat on CV at about 80-90%. Not sure what that voltage is. Still need to mess with that.1/4" plate to 3"x1/4" angleI haven't had much time to play with it with the holidays and lots of OT at my day job. OT sometimes pops a bit on starting, but not every time. It also seems like I shouldn't have to run at 80% for 1/4", but if I turn it down it seems cold. Any suggestions? Reply:Keep doing what you're doing.Looks fine.80% is about right on 1/4-3/8 depending on position.Buddy of mine bought a Bobcat a couple of days after hurricane Andrew in 1992. That thing has had more hands an hours on it than my ex wife. Good machine. It'll probably get cranked up in south Miami this morning.Bubble gumTooth pixDuct tapeBlack glueGBMF hammerScrew gun --bad battery (see above)
