here are some bugs we built at a shop i use to work at.  Customer wanted "accents for his fireplace"3 guys, 3 bugs, you can see where this is going...We'll start with mine, the ant1: "build sheet"2: Body and head machine and ground on the lathe3 and 4: Legs and antennas cut on waterjet, hand detailed5: black and rust patina with modular mount Attached Images

Reply:last but not least the firefly, dont have that many pics1: "build sheet"2: Red dye patina, wings are stainless, cut on the waterjet, i believe that was over 3 hours of cutting3: cleared, we cleaned up the edge of the wings and did some green patina accents on the face and legsanywho, enjoy Attached Images
