First time I've posted a picture using my IPhone on this site. One trip to the Farm supply store convinced me to build my own for $50, instead of buying the same concept for a three point hitch for $300Miller Bobcat 250Syncrowave 200Millermatic 252Spoolmatic 30ASpectrum 625 X-TremeMaxstar 150SVictor O/A torchesDewalt angle grindersWelded on/off for over 40 years.
Reply:Looks good. I built one of those a few years ago. One can find lots of welding projects in the vicinity of a tractor. Now for safety. You should have a ROPS on your tractor when using that. You may already know this, but others reading this post may not. I know a guy that died pulling a trailer load of firewood behind his tractor. Wheelied over on him while going up a hill. Be safe and enjoy.
Reply:You did it with a nice and simple design.Yes, those are very useful.Ken
Reply:BradTN, Yes indeed, have to be very careful about pulling trailers with small tractors. I will be using it to reposition light weight empty trailers most of the time. I do have a Rops on my Kubota, but I certainly wouldn't want to go for a wild ride by a overpowering heavy trailer. Thanks for the safety warning though.
