New to biking i am, but thought a cargo carrier would be in order. I used aluminum rod 3/8 inch, some 1/8 by 1/2 inch bar / strips. Some 3/16 plate. I used the threaded holes at the bottom of the rear forks to attach said basket. Also two threaded spots on the riser bars that come up from the rear axel to the bike seat pole. I wanted sides so i can put a bag in there. Added a sissy bar for a little nod to my 70's youth! No banana seat available for this model, no slick rear tire or cards for the spokes. Dude, i have grown up you know.... Attached ImagesMiller diversion 165Miller mig 211Hypertherm pm 30Milwaukee 6230 14 inch chop sawMd 45 mag drill (RIP; fell on its head)New MD 45! Reply:Looks very nice! Might want to consider some sort of attachment to the seat post--the way the angles look, it might want to collapse if you hit a bump with something heavy in there.Tim

Reply:You should remove it immediately before you kill someone. Do you know the integrity of the welds? Coming home from shopping with stuff in that basket, you might break some eggs or spill some milk if that thing fails................but seriously, nice lookin' project.

Reply:Nice job!I love it when no "Plans" are in the mix..Just do it!Looks great! Now about this liability thing..I can see it now..Eggs..(As mentioned)..milk..butter..bacon..gotta have bacon..bread..sausages..All skidding down the road at breakneck speeds after one of the struts breaks and winds up in the rear spokes throwing the rider over the bars in a wild out of control crash and ends up with breakfast all cooked from the friction of dragging down the road (Remember the breakneck speeds) and there are no injuries at all...Then the cops show up and eat.Looks good on paper anyway....zap!I am not completely insane..Some parts are missing Professional Driver on a closed course....Do not attempt.Just because I'm a dumbass don't mean that you can be too.So DON'T try any of this **** l do at home.
