One of my best customers called to tell me they needed a dipping well installed by Monday per the health inspector. Ok I call around not one with in 200 miles of me great I guess I have to make one let me see do I have material? Great here is some 18 gauge stainless here is a foot of schedule 40 1 1/4 pipe ok let's get started. Am I the only one that gets these crazy requests and completes them? Still a little sanding and polishing to do but for the most part done.

Reply:There's a reason why seamless SS sinks are used and this is an example.Apparently the inside weld areas of all the joints in this sink are not finished, etc. That's not acceptable for a sink, period. It appears that the drain outlet may be setup for air gap drain, if so--good.http://weldingweb.com/attachment.php...1&d=1344742421 Attached ImagesBlackbird |
