Check out this guy's helmet!  I can't tell if that's a cut-out of a captain crunch cereal box or from a box of Transformers sugar smacks.  Then his "buddy" pops up outa nowhere.  WTF???  What was he doing down there?    Either way, it will more than likely be coming to a Harbor Freight near you. Reply:This is what welded the new Sann Francisco bay bridge.  When the first peices were shipped over here, they failed every weld test. Every Weld Tested Failed.  They went over and found mickey mouse procedures like this in place. Had to send welding instructors over to teach them to weld, and what hoods are for.6 Billion spent, some on training Chinese to weld instead of paying US welders who already know how.  More competition.And what did the Chinese do with that 6 billion? Only built the finest, world class steel mill in the world.  Goodbye US steel production. Goodbye US jobs.Oh, and that bridge? Already has major structural issues. I won't drive on it.  Not worth my life when, not if, it fails.Yep. One day within the next 10 years, I predict we'll wake up to CNN showing the catastrophic bridge fail into the ocean.
