Yamaha Warrior exhaust

I built this a while ago, but hadn't taken any pictures until recently. Zapster actually machined several parts for me, like the "rings" for the muffler, and header flanges.It has 1.75" tubing in the primaries, merging into a single 2" ID muffler. I wish I could have made the primaries equal length, but that would have been difficult without burning my leg on the pipes. I tried to "tune" the pipe length for torque as best I could, and set the pipes above the frame rails so that cornering clearance isn't affected. I can still manage to scrape the lower lip of the muffler, but the pegs are folded up and I'm nearly scraping the frame at that point  I don't like to corner harder than that  It wouldn't scrape if I raised the bike back up. The muffler is actually a "glasspack" of sorts, using stainless steel wool. It's quieter than I expected it to be, I'm pretty happy with it. Not obnoxiously loud at all. Very noticeable power gain though I TIG welded it all with a Dynasty 200DX, but no weld pics... I actually had intended to ceramic coat the pipes when I was finished, so I sanded the welds all down for a "seamless" look. Then I found out JetHot wanted $350 to coat them ... That was out of the budget, so I used DEI titanium wrap instead.Someday I want to make a stainless system, paying tribute to the bikes sportbike origins like the stock muffler did. Reply:Yeah, Yamaha does make a 350 cc 4 wheeler named the WarriorBut they also made a 1700 cc "sport cruiser" Warrior from '02 through '09. Technically it's a Star motorcycleNot the fastest motorcycle out there compared to any three or four cylinder bike, but it's got tons of torque and the best handling cruiser out there, no contest. The suspension and brakes are essentially the same & will interchange with the R1, Yamaha's 1000 cc supersport. It will wheelie, so I can't complain Give me fuel, give me fire, give me that which I desire.
