If I missed this in the searches that I've just done, I apologize for not finding the correct search string to locate American's with Disabilities Act compliant ramp costs.I'm trying to bid a ramp that rises only 32", has a 14' ramp to an 8' long landing at 90 degrees to the first ramp and then upward another 12' feet to a 4'x4 landing onto the 'porch'.this U shaped ramp will be of pressed aluminum so each flat surface will 2" legs (flange return) on the 6" verticals on both sides of the 44' wide flat deck.  These are 60" wide sheets of 0.187" bent to this 'channel' shape then standard 42" handrails of 1-1/2" sched. 40 6061 &'63 pipe rails. I don't show the rails because they're sort of standard and I didn't take time to sketch them for this inquiry. The entire system bolts together on site and stands on pipe legs, all hand rails and legs are in sockets welded to the outside vertical 6" of the 'channel' section decking pieces.Any wisdom, experience or rules of thumb are most welcome.  For example if anyone does these ramps regularly, regardless of their design, who would be willing to say they are worth -100.00/running foot or 1,000.00 per running foot, I'd appreciate learning.I'm bidding this based on a spread sheet listing what I think are the tasks & time for the entire project but I'd welcome anyone's opinion on bidding and market value.I welcome all bidding advice from anyone who's done these projects.thanks.cheers,Kevin Morin
Reply:See if this can help you Kevin. Module pricing is at the bottom.http://www.discountramps.com/modular...htm#quickblock.No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:Kevin this is a little off topic but I need to ask.  Is the skiff parked just south of the Brown Bear Saloon in Indian one of yours?  It sure looks like the boats you have shown here. tom
Reply:DSW, thanks, this factory made product looks a little on the low cost side?  One material BOM came back higher than these finished prices!!I was looking for anyone who'd built for the site, in a one off project, more than production built, but this is at least a start- thanks.akpolaris, not sure? Haven't been up the road in years.  If you get a pic of the skiff I could try to confirm or deny the build.Cheers,Kevin Morin
