I made these aluminum sign frames for my brother in law... they slide into vertical stands for his photography bis... 1'' x1/8'' wall C-channel, pegs turned from 7/8'' solid.... Used my Square Wave, 150 amps (with peddle), 3/64 4043 filler... Reply:Nice. The design makes more sense now that I see it in use.I like some of his bridge picts you have shown as well. He does nice work. I'm not usually a one for wall art, but if I saw those I'd be tempted to get one. Have you ever had him take any weld picts of you? With his skill with framing images, lighting and perspective, he'd probably turn out some really cool ones..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:Those look like perfectly functional welds to me, even though they are blurry. Suspect you are a better welder than photographer (with a phone). Thanks for posting the project. |
