i sometimes have a light welding job where i don't need to drag my 220 welder to the site. for these jobs i use the 110 mig machine. i built a portable cart that's easy to push and secure. i fabricated it out of 2x2 angle iron and 16 gauge sheet metal. on the inside of the door i tacked short pcs of pipe to hold the anti spatter and cutting pliers. there's lots of room inside for extension cords and fire extinguisher. i only run innershield in this machine so there's no need for inert gas cylinders.
