Good day All,Does miller mig welders use the tweco style welding tip/torch.
Reply:You can use the Tweco brand tips as long as it is the Miller style. The Tweco style that I know of are too long and stick out of the nozzle way too much.My toys:Mobile Set Up Miller Bobcat 225NT Oxy Acetylene cutting set up Red D Arc 12VS wire feeder Spoolmate 3035 spoolgun Scratch Start TIG DCMiller Elite auto hood
Reply:Miller owns / is in cahoots with Bernard, so some Miller stuff is or at least used to be the last time I checked, available with optional Bernard guns / consumables. Not Tweco as far as I know although like stated above, Tweco probably makes Miller-style tips. There are at least 2 non-Bernard tip styles used on Miller's standard MIG guns, probably more. The two I have are the fine-thread screw-in tips like used on the M100 / etc line of MIG guns, and the Fastip design that only takes a turn or two to be fully seated - my 400A Roughneck gun uses Fastips.
Reply:Does the Lincoln migs have the tweco tips. |
