Passed my first two test now they want me to test on 4" sced 20 copper nickle with p91 wire I'm thinking. On thicker pipe I used a 5/32 gap with 1/8 wire and have no problems. With this thinner pipe should I close the gap down to 1/8 and still use a 1/8 wire and use the laywire technique? I'm thinking using my gas lens jumbo cup #8 with 1/8 tungsten? Anyone have experienced in copper nickle on sced 20*?
