Keyless drill chucks

Anyone using the Enco brand keyless drill  chucks? Recommend buying them.

Reply:I've got an Albecht on my drill press. It's a real time saver. I bought it at a yard sale from a retired Yankee.
Reply:Morpheus and Fla Jim:Is they is or is they ain't any good.  My keyless chuck on my hand drill never seems to stay tight. My biggest problem in the shop is usually twisting things off when I tighten them so I know it not my muscle power?My wife really thinks that is funny! Reply:I bought an Enco for my lathe. I then found out it had more runout then the rough turning Taiwon regular chuck. I have the Enco sitting on a shelf.   I fixed the roughness of the Taiwon one by wrapping a few turns of rope around it and working it back and forth.
Reply:If you're going to do a lot of drilling, a "GOOD" quality keyless chuck such as an Albecht is a real time saver. This id one place where the Enco and HF types don't shine.
Reply:the lathemaster one I have is a knockoff of an Albecht chuck. I think it actually gets it tighter than a key'd chuck.

Reply:we do alot of drilling on site w/ porter cable 18 volt cordless and the keyless chucks SUCK, i defentilty like the ratcheting style that dewalt has on there 18 volt drill NICE CHUCK
