Banana Hanger

I built this for a co-worker that brings bananas into work. He mentioned that his bananas were ripening too fast from bruising.The base is 6 inch pipe scrap. The hanger is a C clip. After grinding, I applied spray lacquer to keep it shiny.Co-worker is happy. Attached Images

Reply:JD & Opus-I will ask my co-worker if it has proven itself empirically to keep the fruit fresh. He said that suspending the fruit keeps it from bruising. Expect an update in a few weeks.In the meantime, here's one more picture. The C-Clip is a 1.75" size. Attached Images
