Help identifing welder

I just picked this up.  AC stick welder.  Welds like a champ just need to pick up some new cables, these are pretty worn. Here is a closeup of the front. This is the top.  There is a metal tag near the edge which I think had the identification.  It is completely unreadable at this point. Thanks for any insite.
Reply:we got one somewhat like it down at the yard i subb at! i`ll take a look-see and see if its the same and what brand...i might geuss ESAB or AIRCOit never hurts to look,unless they`r WELDING!
Reply:Welcome to the WeldingWebYou might get lucky and there may be a electrical diagram or some other sticker inside that has the manufactures name on it.  If you take a look be very careful pulling the side off it, make sure power is disconnected and don't touch any of the componets inside, there could be some that will knock you across a room.
Reply:Thanks for the info guys.  I will try to pull a cover this evening and see if there is anything inside.  I thought it might also be an ESAB simply because of the cover but I guess it could have been painted over.
Reply:The case sheet metal says Miller. Perhaps  pre  dialarc? Looks like it could be an ac only machine with only two output terminals.  Airco and others sold a lot of millerwelders with orange  paint on them. Terry
Reply:Is there a serial number on it? At least it will give you an era of mfg.
Reply:It is an AC only machine.  I did open it up and there was no markings inside.  There is the tag on the top which is unreadable which I think previously had the serial number, model, specs, etc.  The yellow has been a paint over.  The original color looks to be a light blue which is apparent in the top picture (the one with the metal tag).
