I just made a few of these today for the kids. 1. Plasma cut backplate.2. Layed letters out with Hobart MIG 1873. Treated backplate with an oxidizing mix.4. Reheat with O/A to expedite the rusting.5. Flap disk letters to shine.6. Coated with DEFT. Comments welcome from all of you.RG Attached Images
