Pre Bent Tube/Pipe

I want to make a set of fender guards for my truck.  They are shown in the picture below to protect the front fenders from scrapes.Do they make pre bent angles that slip into tube/pipe then can be welded?I want to make them light as possible, considering aluminum.   Any source for aluminum or the steel bends?  1/8" material for either metals I am looking into.I'm curios on the whole pipe vs tube thing too. Reply:I'm bending 1.5x0.125 wall tubing all day long with my JD2 model 3 bender, and I don't even have the special delrin inserts for the aluminum.  I did have a bend pull apart (tubing breaks) in the thicker walled tubing, but that was only one out of a dozen bends.  I would think you could find a used bender on Craigslist, use it for your project, then re-sell it when done.BTW, it would be a lot less work to bend a piece of long tubing than welding a bunch of short pieces together with pre-fab bends if you could find.
