Non Air Grinder for 2" Roloc?

I have need of a small NON AIR angle (electric) grinder for 2" Roloc disks. MSC has one an air one for $29 this month but I returned it because of the noise. Most angle grinder are 4 1/2" and I have 2. I can't find a mini angle electric one with a 1/4" collet. Does anybody have any ideas. Thanks.
