Reply:Thanks everyone. @AKPolaris, Probably about 45 pounds total. I used 3/16" plate and the expanded metal is 1/8". You could probably save about 5 pounds with some thinner metal. @ThorsHammer, I found the pictures online and just eyed it the best I could but I will measure it out for you if you want it. ATV Guru makes the original so not to be a complete copy cat I changed a few things and also didn't feel like dropping 450 bucks on the set. I changed the expanded metal that was on the back bumper to match the front before I powder coated them. Cheers!Millermatic 211 Cutmaster 42
