Reply:Thanks guys, there's a 2x2 tube in the center, the long way, I have three countersunk bolts in the kibble and two on the edges on each side, I had to shim the outsides because the plate was bent in a concave shape, yes pain in the ***, the plate is 3/8 thick, painted with rustoleum royal blue and brsh stroke remover, I'm picky, the bar is a great idea as well as my next step. Thanks again. Oh, Casters are HF, great deal for $16 each

Reply:Nice job and I like the ''Miler blue'' color.   Now you gotta get a Miller machine. Shop is way too clean. You sure will be able to place a lot of stuff on that table. You need to load that table up. Do you have a cabinet or rolling tool cart for clamps, hammers, squares, grinders, etc. ?

Reply:yea the hobart is my mig welder, i painted the table bue to match my syncro 250 and my diversion 180, rustleum makes a spray blue that matches miller better than this one

Reply:MikeGyver .. I don't actually use those legs to carry any weight.  Because my garage floor is not completely level, depending on where I have the table I can lower one or two of the legs just enough to stabilize the table .. but the main weight is carried by the castors.
