Reply:I made one for one cut. Just took a piece of bar stock, measured how far I wanted for a hole drilled a hole for the torch of the plasma cutter to fit. Then a hole at the other end and a screw or bolt to secure it to the base metal.Torchmate 2x2 CNC with Flashcut CNC controlsHypertherm Powermax45 Esab ET220i Razorweld 195 MigRazorweld 200ac/dc TigTormach 770, Tormach xstechRazorweld, Vipercut/Vipermig, SSC Foot Pedal Dealer

Reply:One one i use is similar to this bought from Princess Auto (one pictured is for Victor Style)98RamPower i really dislike using that style of torch, Kills my hand.Love these style though Harris 85 with 72-3 current unit is this but its knobs SUCK (top one) lower unit is a Harris with 36-2 its nice but tips are twice the price of the 6290 tips and way harder to get localy
Reply:Yea I can see what ur sayin that it hurts ur hands back when I was usin the one at work I tied zipp ties to it so i wouldn't have to grab the torch an the bar but I put a little bend on it so its in a bind so all I'm grabbing is the torch. I don't like those magnetic ones to much but urs don't look to bad
Reply:I have these I make for plasma cutters. The magnet can come off & a 8/32 screw dropped into a small hole drilled at the center of the circle. The set screws grasp the insulator & it rotates so you don't have to change the grip of the torch head.It has a double shielded ball bearing to support the torch tip away from the metal. Reply:Oh GREAT! Something else I have to make! LOLVery nice guys. I did make a quick and dirty one a while back to cut some 5" circles in aluminum, worked great but I lost track of it.
Reply:The holes are drilled 1 inch apart. One pin is installed 1" away from the holes. This gets you circles with radius of 1", 2", 3" up to 6" depending on which hole you stick the torch through.Another pin is installed 1/2" away from the holes. This gets you circles with radius of 1/2", 1-1/2", 2-1/2" etcAnother pin is installed 3/4" away from the holes. This gets you circles with radius of 3/4", 1-3/4", 2-3/4", etc.Another pin is installed 1-1/4" away from the holes. This gets you circles with radius of 1-1/4", 2-1/4", 3-1/4", etc. When cutting, use a punch to mark a divot for the center. Place the desired pin in the center divot. Place the torch in the desired hole. Hold other end up a little so the other pin will clear. Then cut and rotate. One tool hits all these sizes with no adjustments, no measuring, and the tool fits in your shirt pocket!Dynasty200DX w/coolmate1MM210MM VintageESAB miniarc161ltsLincoln AC225Victor O/A, Smith AW1ACutmaster 81IR 2475N7.5FPRage3Jancy USA1019" SBAEAD-200LE
