New 8" chuck!

I was looking through the Tools section on Kijiji a couple of days ago and saw an ad for a 5" 4 jaw chuck (no pic) for $50. Thinking I could use it on my 6" rotary table, I sent the guy an email. 10 minutes later I get a call, "the wife is going in town she can drop it off in 30 minutes". Cool! She stops by, I flip her $50 and away she goes. Wasn't till 10 minutes later I had a "Wait a minute?!?" moment.......that thing is bigger than 5"Now the game plan changes too, the 8" goes on the 3 in 1 and it's current 5" will see some use on the rotary table. I've started the adapter plate on a piece of 1/2". I'll post a pic when I'm further along.If you don't want to stand behind our Troops, feel free to stand in front of them.

Reply:It is brand new Chris, it's Chinese made and the specs are metric on the wooden box it came in. I'm guessing he screwed up the math doing the conversion.If you don't want to stand behind our Troops, feel free to stand in front of them.
