Compressor help...

Ok i have a craftsman compressor, every time i try using it, it will fill up a little, then it will run out of air, and it blows the circuit breaker everytimeIt starts filling up then it starts like going on and off making the lights flickerwhat could be the problem here?
Reply:Sounds to me that the circuit you are plugging the unit into is overloaded and when the power is needed to turn the compressor on it is tripping the breaker.  Try plugging unit into an outlet that is on another curcuit and see if the problem is still there.  Also make sure all the wiring for the compressor is clean an there arent any frayed wires that could be shorting eachother out.
