I ain't even going to print claimed horse power for all ya'll arm chair engine experts to take apart Its about the welding repair!Trick Flow small block Ford head, story is it had a nos problem. Head was in one piece when it came in. After I was gouging crack out the corner of the head fell off. Between the red lines is what was not cracked on the deck side, about 1mm thick, you can see its a different color. Made some dowels and bolted and clamped to good head to keep alignment. Preheat, weld with a356, post heat, pressure test, surface, grind welds. I suggested a replacement but customer did not want to purchase head and then send off to have cnc port job matched to good head. Oh well, made me some $.
