48x36 base, all 1/8" plate or sheet with 10 inch sides..This is an oil tank with 2 compartments. I got all of the sides on (4) and went to put in a cross section and the middle bowed out.. About a half inch as of yet while tacking.3/32 tung, 7 cup, I have a torch if needed, I might just try to clamp it back into place but those are at the stop. From what I have read I got into it too quick and should have taken a slower approach with preheating..Tried Tigging spots on the underside to see if it would go back, and no luck. Decent at running tig/Aluminum beads, I suppose my aluminum fabrication should use some work. Thanks in Advance.14' PowerMig 210 MP13'Burntables 5x10 CNC Table14' SAE300 HE on a 12' Ram 4500 60 CA 4x4.
