I am going to use a Gear pump on a prodject. Its return side and presser side have 1/2npt. What size line should i use on the return side 3/4 ? My tank has 1/2npt. Would it work better if the tank had a biger bung ? Tank is a round 4 feet from pump.

Reply:Pumps have suction side and pressure side. Are you referring to the suction? If so, upsize it if possible.
