Couple Project Pictures

I haven't had much time to check the threads here lately. Fortunately that is because the shop has been busy.But here is a couple pictures of a project we just completed. It is a custom built rack to hold plate type machine parts vertically. It replaces a shelf type unit that made finding parts difficult due to stacking them on top of each other.The 2 lower sections are designed to store crates which some parts are stored in.Rack was designed and fabricated by Accurate Design and Fabrication. Paint was done by Soucie Industrial Paint. Snow on the rack was provided by Mother Nature. Reply:The framework is square and rectangular tubing. 1x1.5x.120 and 1.5x1.5x.120. Rest is 14 Ga. Reply:We used every clamp in the shop on the sheets while welding them in place. But the 14 Ga. stayed pretty flat. Bought the sheets sheared to size and they fitted up good.We had some height restriction where the rack was going. Once in place it should pretty much stay there. So we didn't add any lift provisions. Got your message and completely forgot to call you back. These days it's all I can do to remember my own name.
