Reply:After we sustained heavy damage in a flood, FEMA sent an appraiser to calculate my loss. He asked how many weeks I believed it would take a backhoe to make the repairs? I said I wouldn't hire a backhoe, I'd get the biggest excavator I could find. His response was "Is that a loader, or bulldozer?" It took a minute to describe an excavator. He said he never heard of such a thing!
