what are good 3D Imaging programs

I guess this qualifies as a tool...What are some good/easy to use 3D CAD programs that I can design jobs with (mainly handrail designs..etc.)? Any pros/cons for each would be helpful as well. thanks!

Reply:SketchUp makes it fairly easy to create simple shapes. For most of my metal and wood projects, I use TurboCAD. I find it much easier to create accurately dimensioned and annotated 2D drawings using this program. I think there's a free trial, but eventually you have to pay for it...

Reply:I use Wildfire 2.0.  It costs about $10 grand if you get both ProEngineer and ProMechanica.  It's a very powerful tool and can even calculate stresses and deflections of you part once loaded.
