Still learning to use it. No pulser on it tho ? as much as it cost I would have thought it had one. There is a place for it in the panel.Working on some tubes for filler, still need to add some cord hangers and a spot to put some extra tungstens and torch parts. Attached Images

Reply:Ive got a 210 mig.Done a little tig but it was with a xmt. lots of gas welding exp. ill post some weld picture tomarrow.

Reply:steel was done with 3/32 70-s6 filler, 3/32 orange tungsten,aluminum was done with the same tungsten and 3/32 5356 filler. Attached Images

Reply:I knew they would go fairly quick, 80cf cylinders. I can exchange them just 5 miles from the shop so its a quick deal and they are open on saturdays and sundays  My welds are improving, the welds on steel all have a dull appearance?  Not enough gas? Im between 20 and 25cfh. I welded 2 stainless screw lock chain links together, just fused them and the weld was real nice, not dull at all. Then I went over it with 308L and it was dull, I might as well have used 70s6. I added a 2nd tray to the top of the machine, Ill snap a pic tomarrow evening after work.    I really want to get better on the aluminum, ive got a tool box project ive been wanting to mess with.

Reply:i realy like the rack with the tubes and hangers, not shore you want to set it up to start stacking stuff on it but hey its your toy and a realy nice one at that congrats for shore.with the O/A expereance you should have tig down in no time. a bigger tank is a must, the $$ diference at fill up is almost nothing , like $5 more to get 2X as much gas the lil tanks will kill ya.you should have pulse on the DX modle ?? if not you can add it.congrats on the cool toy. i wish i had watter cooled , oh well ill get around to building a cooler one day. 8^)) summer is here, plant a tree for mother earth. if you dont have time or space, sponcer some one else to plant one for you.feel free to shoot me a PM or e-mail me at [email][email protected] i got lots of time.
