Sadly my Tig welds looks like where I left off when I used my Mig and very little time on that as well.  Total noob here with Tig Anyways made my first project, a bench holder for my tungsten and some filler rods, not really happy how it looks but its functional, need lots of practice and filleting is really hard for me as you can see. Hopefully one day I will look at the first project and laugh at myself. I also tried steel and just kept cutting and tig welding random ends together of course with similar Mig like result. I wonder how much bevel is needed for any type of joint it seems to play a lot of how the resulting welds look? I am using 1/16th square steel tubing and 1/8 aluminum tubing.I welcome any suggestions you may have! Thanks,Vic Attached ImagesLast edited by vicrc; 11-07-2012 at 12:26 PM.
