today was the fist time i got to fire my tig up and it is alot of fun plese be harsh i nedd to learn. i was wsing ta 95s, set at 89amps red tungsten cant remember size. thanks guys

Reply:When asking for help, post up as much info as possible. Tungsten size, filler size, material thickness ( and type if it's not steel), gas flow, as well as the amps and tungsten type. Amps alone mean nothing if you don't know how thick the material is that you are trying to weld. The more we know, the less we have to guess, and the better the responses are to help you.I see some promise, but the welds are very short. Try to do longer welds and try and keep them in a straight line..No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Government programs, once launched, never disappear.
