Reply:LOL reminds me of when I got my own inverter Tig. Every piece of scrap 6061 disappeared from the lab and ended up as..err..well you could call it modern art I suppose Nice consistent beads and doing stuff like smilies/curves I think helps when you get stuck with a piece that has changing surface profile/weld angle. Also it's just fun :PFinding the pulser function almost made it feel a bit like cheating hehe.I need to go hit up local shops/scrap sellers to see what I can get by the pound. Reply:I do have a question though, on my quick set up sheet that came with the Dynasty it seems to be incorrect?   I set the EN with a higher number than the EP  like it says to save the tungsten and get more penetration and the arc is real bright and the tungsten starts to BALL.......If I use more EP  than EN   it welds great and the tungsten stays sharp?    I have used anywhere from Same to 1:8  ratio  is there a mistake on the Plastic set up sheet?  I used 170 weld amps 100 EN and 150 EP 71 Bal   120 Hrz.....3/32 Cereated tungsten  25/75 helium Argon gas and it welded great the more EP I run the better the tungsten holds its sharpness.....Weird?  Miller Dynasty 350Twenty Six HammersThree Crow BarsBig Rock

Reply:Just got off the phone with Miller and those guys tell me to start off with a small ratio maybe 1.1  or 1.2  EN  EP    I pretty much decided that the BAL. still decides the PEN and CLEANING  effects and setting the EN and EP  won't be that necessary for my stuff I weld.....Clean 6061 Aluminum.....I tried SAME in the settings but  it likes a little more EP  to make nice welds?  Miller Dynasty 350Twenty Six HammersThree Crow BarsBig Rock
