I want to ask about welding pipe1. step for creating WPS/PQR2. what common process (step) for welding (oil/gas) pipe using SMAW & GTAW (combination)like using GTAW for the root, etc3. advantages and disadvantages if:- using full SMAW to weld large diameter pipe- using full GTAW to weld large diameter pipe- using combination SMAW & GTAW to weld large diameter pipe4. how to check the welding defects with radiograph (step)i already search some of thembut i just need more referencethanks for the answer

Reply:It sounds like you need to take the CWI class.Lincoln SA200's... at least 15 - 20. They come and go. Growing partial to the "Short Hoods" in my old age. Last count on Short Hoods was 13 in possession.
