Cheapest Machine to run 5/32

What would be the cheapest machine to practice running a 7018 5/32 electrode?orWhat would be the minimum voltage/amperage specs to run a 7018 5/32 electrode? Reply:A used A/C buzz box.  Less than $100.A/C D/C Used less than $300.220vWhat are you doing that requires 5/32?  I'd guess you will need minimum 150amps.
Reply:If you are practicing proper 7018, you'll need the 240V DC models.  If you buy new, you can't beat the Hobart Stickmate LX for a basic rod burner.
