Multi-cart build/welding practice

Been at this thing here for a bit now, my creative side kinda sucks sometime until I see it. But really wanna learn this welding/fab trade & apply that to some chassis fab in the future. Build: mostly 1/4 angle I've collected, reused a dolly & reinforced the bottom to hold both tanks, reused dolly axle & welded that up for rear wheel setup. Waiting on expanded steel for bottom & top layers. Reply:Mig welds seem to be coming out thick & ugly... Gun angle or arc length too long I'm guessing. On flat plate I seem to be uniform & not over sized.Mm211 w/auto set & inside chart, c25 mix around 25cf, .030 wire. Reply:Well after a few design flaws I think I've finally got it standing... Original design the wheels couldn't handle load, 2nd attempt (4) swivel wheel were used cause unit to tip back due to tank weight -vs- wheel position. (I'm not much of the designer it seems, works out better once I can see it) ANY GOOD DESIGN PROGRAMS YOU ALL USE? Still needs paint & a few more additions I think. All put together from scrap I've collected since doing this welding thing. Mig & tig used here, pretty much 1/8 - 1/4 angle & tubing used.
