Reply:Little sand blasting, some 14 ga sheet metal, some mig welding, primer, and finish paint.It can be done. Price a new one and then think about it.I weld on my old mower deck all the time with my 70 amp mig.

Reply:Think I would agree with pretty much everyone else.If it's just the front and yours fix it.  If it's extra make a pull behind or offset mower.If it's a customers think it would be worth it if they want to pay.But this all comes down to is the front the only bad part.
