hello,New to the forum, if I can DIY something i will. Welding lies along w/AC as my areas of lesser expertise. My MIG has recently gotten weak, not producing a arc strong enough to make any penetration at all even attempting a tack weld. just had the skins off and connections all appear solid, set on 3 [scale 1-4] it fails to do much on a mild steel sheet .035" thick. same mild steel wire ive always had.thanks for any help!
Reply:Open her up and make sure everything is tight. Could have a loose connection.
