Branzing fluxes

Morning all:: I am about to embark on a self training mission to master the are of Brazing.  From internet searches, I have learned the proper flux is crutial for a sucessfullbraze.. Does someone have a link to a chart of fluxes and there uses? Is there a universal flux for all applications? My goals are to braze :: Steel to Steel  Copper to Steel Steel to Stainless Steel   I assume I would need a different flux for each process....  What are your thought on per fluxed rods as opposed to bare and dipping the rods? Reply:Borax works for everything I've used it on. (The metal needs to be clean before you start.)
