Reply:I've never used Vulcan wire, but I personally prefer Lincoln NR211 for flux core wire, I've used several brands of solid wire & never noticed much difference in them, but that's just me.IMPEACH BIDEN!NRA LIFE MEMBERUNITWELD 175 AMP 3 IN1 DCMIDSTATES 300 AMP AC MACHINEGOD HELP AMERICA!Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didnt pass it to our children in the bloodstream".RONALD REAGAN
Reply:I've tried several brands and found INE's flux core wire better than anything else I've used. Less smoke, so I can see what I'm doing. It feeds smoothly. Less splatter. Less flux residue, and it comes off easily with a wire brush. The bead looks decent. Now - I've seen it suggested that HF's Vulcan wire is INE wire, since the origin is Italy and the spools look the same. And HF is finally stepping up their quality to compete among the major firms. But I haven't tried Vulcan flux core. Anybody know? Here's the INE flux core wire that I use.https://www.amazon.com/BA71TGS-035-I.../dp/B003JDDCXWHF MIG-180 with all the mods.Grizzly H8153 Stick/Tig Pulse 130/160.Wards PowrKraft AC-230.
