Reply:I have 3 SAE-300's I bought them on an auction. Only info I got on them was 1 was working but kept blowing the breaker. I think that the dc gen. may be the same as on the SA-300. If intersted I could look into what it takes to seperate motor from gen. I have no idea on how to test if gen. is good or not. My original idea was to make one of these into an engine drive but to many projects already started. I'm located in MN.
