I am looking for a small portable welder.225 bobcat ,roughneck ,ranger ect.
Reply:If you are looking for a used weld/gen unit, check Ebay or craigs list. If you live in a heavy populated area you might find some equipment auctions or bankruptcy sales. If you are looking for a new unit, check websites ( 100's-1000's that sell welders) ebay (buy it now prices) and then go to your local welding shop to see if they can match it or beat it. Don't forget sales tax if you buy local, and shipping if you buy it out of state. As far as brands- I have 2 Lincoln's and have had no problems they are the Power Arc and an older weld and power ( before the Rangers)
