Reply:Note rosebuds require quite a large acetylene cylinder for even the smallest ones to stay within the withdrawl rate.If anyone here can find or locate parts for your torch it would be OAdoctor. Jim can probably point you in the right direction if you can't find anything else.http://www.regulatortorchrepair.com/repairservices.php.No government ever voluntarily reduces itself in size. Reply:ct from shawneeYour Journeyman set dates from no later than the early 80's. By 1986 your CA 1060 had become a CA 2460. Your other numbers were still in use. The thread standard for the 300 series has remained the same for decades.300's are probably the most universal industral torch ever made and has dozens of accessories. A quick count in a 1986 Victor Apparatus & Equipment Master Catalog list 30+ attachments, and dozens of tip variants and sizes. The Victor web-site is hard to use, even if you know what you what you are looking for. It constructed for 'new purchase' info and not replacement parts & accessories. I recommend you find a weld supplier that is large enough to have an in-house apparatus service department. They will have a full catalog.300 Rosebuds are common in used tool, farm, yard & auctions, so look around before buying new.Opus |
