What should I make?

Got a day or two to waste on a project to sell and try to make some $$$...Pulled the scrap bin out with the tractor today and I have...~ 6ft of 2x2x1/8" Tubing.~ 18ft of 1x1x1/8" Tubing~ 5ft of 2x1/8" Flat~ 4ft of 2x1x3/16" Angle Iron (Old rails from a headache rack off a pickup)~ 1000lbs worth of 3' 3x1/4" Wall Tubing.Etc Etc. Got some 10 gauge flat sheet too. Have Thunderbolt + 7018 + 6013 + 6011.Welding skills are good, it's idea skills that are lacking.

Reply:Im not so creative myself but, sometimes I see works of art in slag.  I recently made this morbid finger from slag unintentionly and welded it to a plaque like for a trophy. Im gonna use it to hang air hose / electrical cord or hat. on it. Other than that, I cant help much
Reply:It's hard for me to think of what i want to build. Reply:I watch you tube videos for inspiration. I recently made a stool like on weldingtipsandtricks. I like to build tools and stuff. I am currently planing a miter saw base for a dewalt portaband. Reply:Depends on what you want?This is a table I made was going to be a glass top, never bought the top, mom and dad had the table, took it back home and put the wood top on it.  1/2" square tube 3/4"oak stained and gloss clear.Also an S10 toolbox stand.  My dad put 4x4 I believe in the ground and anchored the stand to that.  S10 toolbox sets in the frame real nice.  Box for the garden tools.  Stand was made from an old swing set.I also have a table top I would love to have some 2x2" to make  a frame for.  45" round tempered glass top, 5" outer ring is mirrored.Not the greatest a pics so going to do another reply for that.Last edited by kcb37; 07-07-2013 at 02:05 AM.
