Err... Here some sample of our Human Powered CNC cutting Rig at the moment...The automated cut is powered by lunch that is rice and veggie... the hose is secured by intelligent logic control, it can be kick with percision control to avoid safety hazzard and dont complain or breakdown much unless a phone call start ringing in pocket...Refrained from intense feeding during cutting operation Attached ImagesUnit in my fab shop dept:my good hand and team that trust me...A lone welder make art... a village full of welder make Miracles...
Reply:At work we use the plasma cutter and cut with a template for the hole we want. For example we cut 4" holes in large channel for the rear lights of a trailer. We use a sheet or 1/4" thick with a 4-1/4" hole cut with a large hole saw and run the plasma cutter around the inside of our template. The plasma cutter tip is <3/8" wide, so we basically need +3/16" radius to cut the proper hole size we desire. The extra 1/32-1/16" is made up by the cut itself.Miller Syncrowave 180SDMillermatic 175
