My recent C.L. find was this Carba/gun...He said it works, but i always take that with a grain of salt....anyway the price was right, $90.....my thoughts, it's a push/pull gun, he was running aluminum (half roll still in machine). can anybody give me more info...what does the small dial on the gun do? also Mdl. of gun, I can see no numbers on it. looks heavy duty at least 300 amp. I hope to hook it up to my miller 300 XMT and see what happens... Attached Images

Reply:small dial on gun is for wire speed adjustment. remember unit needs to be water-cooled, power cable will over heat and blow out quickly without coolant.

Reply:there are no water cooling lines, supposedly it was being used as u see it.....in that case the mdl. number would start with WCXXXX...good to know.....
Reply:WOWWW..... yea, I see they are a little pricie $$$$$$....I guess even if it does not work at all, i will get my 90$ out of it...... |
