These are some signs I made recently. They are both memorial signs! The actually sign is stainless steel with brass screws and the backing is mild steel. Attached Images

Reply:Nice work The Skipper one looks real good, I can never get the letters spaced and even.If you cant fix it with a hammer, it must be an electrical problem."Boy, everyone starts with a full bag of luck and an empty bag of experience. Reply:Those look good. I would try to line up the slots on the screws. Either all in the same direction or parallel to whatever line they are in. Hard to do sometimes if they are tapped into the steel but easy if nutted on the back. Not everyone notices that kind of stuff but people will and they will appreciate the effort.

The key is how to use the software and the learning curve for that is not steep.  I'll bet you could scan a design one off, save it to a file, import the file into the  CNC application. Set the layout & size of the part and hit start. Not much more complicated than loading photos into a picture application & printing. CNC is a metal printer think of it in those terms ....... pretty easy, down side the cost, but hey it is only money. Might be away to rent to own something like that, or buy used.

Reply:Cool signs! Very nice graffiti look, great and evenly cut letters. The brass screws make great accents. Great work!
