Reply:Too bad, it was just posted today.  It was a crane off of a propane tank truck, mounted on a narrow column which was welded to a 6' - 2" pipe axle with car tires.  A combination of channel iron sizes made up the tongue for the rig.JackFort Loramie, OhioMilermatic Autoset 180
